- Refunds are applicable only within 24 hours from the time the payment is made for the purchase of our eBook “Dire Straits”.
- Once the payment is made, and if a refund request is initiated within 24 hours, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- After 24 hours from the time of payment, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable after the eBook has been delivered via email.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are only applicable within 24 hours from the time the payment is made for the purchase of our eBook “Dire Straits”.
- Once the payment is made, and if a cancellation request is initiated within 24 hours, the payment will be refunded, and the purchase will be cancelled.
- After 24 hours from the time of payment, cancellations will not be accepted as the eBook would have been delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable after the eBook has been delivered via email.
3. Delivery of eBook
- The eBook “Dire Straits” will be delivered via email after 24 hours from the time of payment as per the Policy Guidelines.
- Once the eBook is delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
